Refund Policy

VPN Anonymous is an independent editorial website. The vast majority of our content — guides, reviews, and explainers — is available free of charge and does not require any payment. As a result, in most cases there is nothing to refund.

This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for the limited paid offerings we may provide from time to time, such as downloadable guides, premium reports, or optional memberships.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Refund Policy applies to:

• Paid downloadable content (e.g., PDF guides, research reports)
• Optional premium memberships or subscriptions (if and when offered)
• Donations made voluntarily to support our editorial work

This policy does not apply to third-party VPN subscriptions or other services purchased from external providers mentioned on our Site. Those purchases are governed by the refund policies of the respective providers. Please contact them directly.

3. Digital Products — 14-Day Refund Window

For paid digital downloads (e.g., premium PDF guides) purchased directly from VPN Anonymous:

• You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• To be eligible, you must not have downloaded the product more than twice, and you must not have shared, redistributed, or republished it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

To request a refund, email support@vpnanonymous.space with:

• Your order number or transaction ID
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of the reason for the refund

4. Premium Memberships

If we offer optional premium memberships in the future:

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period.
• Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused full months within the first 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our editorial work. Because they are gifts, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Products that have been redistributed, resold, or publicly shared
• Products purchased more than 14 days ago (digital downloads) or more than 30 days ago (annual memberships)
• Donations older than 7 days
• Custom or commissioned content (e.g., bespoke research reports produced for a specific client)

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@vpnanonymous.space with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]". Include:

1. Your full name
2. Order ID or transaction reference
3. Date of purchase
4. Email used at checkout
5. Reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to any paid products and to dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence, including records of delivery and download activity.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of refund requests amicably.

9. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases of digital content within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

At checkout, we ask for this consent explicitly. If you have not yet downloaded the product, your statutory rights are fully preserved in addition to the policy above.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
